THE REPORTING DESK / TRUST & CONTROL

Support & data controls

Find the next step for a connection or report issue. If you contact support, include the application name, report ID if relevant, approximate time and the support reference shown on the error—not tokens, passwords or unredacted private report data.

Contact the application team

Application support: rahul.verma@daxko.com. Privacy or legal requests: legal@daxko.com. No response-time or uptime guarantee is stated here. For a privacy request, send from the address associated with your workspace and say whether you need access, correction, export or account/workspace deletion.

Google authorization or expired access

Sign in to the application first, then open Connections and choose the exact Google source. Google authorization grants data access; it is not the application’s Manus sign-in. Choose Search Console explicitly rather than assuming a GA4 property selects it.

If access expires or Google reports invalid_grant, reconnect the affected connection from Connections using a Google account that can access the selected property/customer. Daily checks can flag problems before a run, but they are not a guarantee that a provider grant will remain valid.

A Testing-mode Google grant can expire after seven days for these scopes. Moving to Production removes that specific Testing restriction for newly obtained grants, but does not guarantee permanent tokens or remove an unverified-app warning. Verification status belongs to Google; no approval is claimed by this page.

Queued, failed or incomplete reports

A queued report depends on the report worker and provider availability. If it remains queued unexpectedly, share its report ID and support reference with the application team. Only an administrator can use Process now to recover queued work. Do not repeatedly create duplicate reports to try to unstick it.

For a failed source, read its source-specific error and reconnect or correct permissions before retrying. A partial report can still contain useful completed sections. Provider coverage is shown alongside requested dates; Clarity’s rolling windows are not full-period totals.

AI is optional

The workspace’s AI privacy control explains the data sent to Anthropic and records your enable/disable choice. Keep AI off to use reports without new AI transfers. Existing saved outputs remain readable. Do not paste access tokens, personal identifiers, sensitive records or private data you are not authorized to share into chat.

Export, disconnect and delete

Use report detail for available CSV/PDF exports. Use Connections to disconnect an account, and Google Account settings to revoke Google’s grant separately. Use the chat-clear action to delete a report’s conversation. Delete a report after it finishes to remove its report data, summary and chat; diagnostics and usage records have separate handling.

Whole-account/workspace deletion currently uses a verified support/privacy request rather than a one-click self-service control. See the Privacy policy for retention, provider processing and the limits of immediate deletion.
